Our catalogue may include fashion or imitation jewellery, jewellery containing natural or lab-created stones, precious or semi-precious gemstones, supplier-fulfilled items, consignment items, pre-orders, made-to-order items and sourced products. Product materials, stone type, certification, treatment, fulfilment method and return eligibility may differ from item to item. Customers should rely on the specific information shown for the product or quotation rather than assuming that all items have the same characteristics.
Images and appearance
We aim to present products accurately, but colours, scale and appearance may vary according to photography, lighting, screen settings and natural variation. Gemstones and handcrafted items may also have individual variations.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Imperial Jewels is not currently represented on this website as GST-registered. Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be shown before order confirmation where relevant. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before an order is accepted.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean it has been finally accepted. We may need to confirm stock, supplier availability, payment, delivery details or sourcing availability. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the affected item or order.
Payments
Payment methods available through the checkout may include cards or local payment options supported by our payment provider. The exact methods available can vary. An order should be treated as paid only after payment has been successfully confirmed through the payment process.
Gemstone sourcing and special requests
A sourcing enquiry is a request for Imperial Jewels to look for suitable options through its supplier network based on the customer's requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a matching item will be available. Any final purchase will depend on the specific product details, price, availability and terms communicated for that item.
Delivery and returns
Our current standard service is Singapore delivery only. Delivery fees, estimates, return eligibility and exclusions are described in our Delivery Policy and Returns Policy and may also be stated on individual product pages.
Certificates and authenticity information
Certificates are included only when specifically stated for the relevant product or quotation. The absence of a certificate should not be interpreted as a certification claim. Where a third-party laboratory or supplier document is provided, it remains subject to the issuing party's own scope and terms.
Website accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for providing accurate account, contact and delivery information. We may restrict or suspend accounts where necessary to protect the website, customers or the business from misuse or security risks.
