We currently deliver within Singapore only.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is S$5.00. Complimentary standard delivery is available for orders over S$100.00, unless a product page states otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
2–7 business days; supplier and special-order items may vary.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.
Are all items returnable?
No. Sourced, custom, special-order, hygiene-sensitive or certain supplier-fulfilled items may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. Product-specific eligibility should be checked before ordering.
