Current delivery information for Imperial Jewels orders.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Self-collection and international delivery are not offered unless specifically arranged and confirmed by Imperial Jewels.
Delivery fees
Standard delivery is S$5.00. Orders over S$100.00 receive complimentary standard delivery unless a product page, promotion or special-order quotation states otherwise.
Delivery time
2–7 business days; supplier and special-order items may vary.
Estimated timing may differ for supplier-fulfilled, made-to-order, preorder, sourced or customised items. Where relevant, the product page or order communication will state the expected timing.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
